Join us for a special evening of rhythm, healing, and community as CNIT & CMHC staff and volunteers gather together for a Rhythmic Healing Drum Circle facilitated by Dr. Dot.

We’ll begin at 5:00 PM on the CMHC B2 deck with light refreshments and time to connect with one another. From 6:00–8:00 PM, Dr. Dot will guide us through a healing drum circle—a shared experience using rhythm and connection to create space for grounding, renewal, and community.
