Founded in 2014 by one of Maryland's top anxiety experts, Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative (CMHC) is a mental health community for both clients and mental health professionals. For the general public, CMHC provides a full range of integrated and innovative mental health therapies to help those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other mental health challenges. Along with therapy CMHC also offers a unique blend of nature programs, workshops, and Nature Informed Retreats.
Area mental health professionals also come to CMHC for training, professional development, networking, and office rental.

Our multidisciplinary team, including licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, and life coaches, collaboratively addresses a wide array of mental health concerns with particular expertise in anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship issues. We specialize in delivering customized care for individuals, couples, and families, as well as groups and organizations seeking support and guidance. By combining our diverse skills and knowledge, we provide comprehensive and tailored care to help clients overcome life challenges like anxiety & stress and enhance their overall well-being.
