Founded in 2014 by one of Maryland's top anxiety experts, Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative (CMHC) is a mental health community for both clients and mental health professionals. For the general public, CMHC provides a full range of integrated and innovative mental health therapies to help those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other mental health challenges. Along with therapy CMHC also offers a unique blend of nature programs, workshops, and Nature Informed Retreats.

Our multidisciplinary team, including licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, and life coaches, collaboratively addresses a wide array of mental health concerns with particular expertise in anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship issues.
