CLINICAL APPROACH
I take a conversational and non-judgmental approach to therapy, with the goal of making each session feel manageable and approachable. I tend to base my work in relational-cultural, feminist, and humanistic theoretical approaches, but I am more than happy to dabble in whatever tools end up working best for each client! My main approach is to meet you where you are, and to collaborate to create a trusting relationship that allows us to work together as a team.
