Gina has spent her career walking alongside others as an advisor, counselor, and teacher—helping people return to themselves with greater clarity, steadiness, and trust. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology alongside an M.A. in Applied Healing Arts, a rare and integrative foundation that allows her to blend clinical depth with intuitive, embodied wisdom. She is also an MD Board–approved clinical supervisor, guiding emerging therapists with the same care, insight, and integrity she brings to her clients.

As a certified nature-informed therapist, Gina weaves the intelligence of the natural world into her work, inviting clients to reconnect with what is innate, regulating, and restorative—both within themselves and beyond the therapy room. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by deep respect for each person’s unique story, honoring diverse traditions, identities, and lived experiences.

Gina creates a space where growth feels possible, safety is prioritized, and healing unfolds at a pace that feels true.

Client Testimonials

"It's been wonderful; just what I was hoping for and needed at the time. My counselor created a safe and nurturing space to process and reflect on my thoughts, feelings and life events while nudging me, through her thoughtful questioning, to expand my awareness and see things from a broader perspective."

"We've seen great progress in how our daughter handles her emotions.'

"Very helpful.  Gina is very knowledgeable and supportive in each session. She recalls things I have said and provides valuable insight and techniques that I can use in my personal and professional life."

"Wonderful. Gina is an active listener, remembers what I say and always makes me feel
comfortable
with what I say and how I feel. Provides meaningful feedback that I continue to use each day."

"Beneficial, rewarding, helpful. Gina has always made me feel safe and is always an active listener when I speak. I value her feedback and guidance when discussing issues"

"Amazing! Gina has offered very straightforward and specific tactics for calming anxiety in a way that has made them feel safe, effective, and aligned with where I am, which has made them easier to adopt than generic "just breathe" kinds of advice. I also so appreciate the various spaces for holding our sessions, from her office to outside. Being outside really helps me connect with feelings in my body, which I struggle with."

Supervisor Mission Statement

My mission as a supervisor is to create a supportive and reflective space where therapists can grow in confidence, clarity, and clinical competence. I am dedicated to fostering a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and mutual respect—where honest dialogue and mindful self-inquiry are encouraged and valued.

Recognizing that therapeutic work is both an art and a discipline, I guide supervisees in cultivating their professional identity, deepening their presence with clients, and meeting clinical challenges with integrity and self-awareness. Drawing from nature-informed perspectives that weave together somatic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and contemplative practices, I aim to support holistic learning and sustainable growth—honoring the whole person in their role as a healer.
