Service Description
Take time to unwind—these sound baths on the last Friday of the month will help you reset your nervous system and release tension. Join us for a restorative Sound Bath Immersion to experience the soothing power of sound and vibration. These soundbath meditations offers a unique opportunity to reset your nervous system and release built-up stress. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, rainsticks, and other healing instruments, this experience is designed to guide you into deep relaxation and mental clarity. Date: Friday, March 27th 5:30PM-6:30PM Cost: $35 per session Location: CMHC, 1012 Dulaney Valley Rd., Towson, MD 21204 Open to all – no experience necessary. Please arrive 5-10 mins. early to get settled Doors close 5 mins. after start time Soundbath meditation is a gentle, restorative experience, but certain individuals may wish to take extra care. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, have a seizure history, or are sensitive to sound, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending. Those who wear hearing aids may choose to remove them or adjust volume as needed. You are always welcome to listen at a level that feels comfortable for you.

Cancellation Policy
Office/Group Room Rental Cancellation and Change Policy: • More than 14 days before the rental date: 100% refund. • 8-14 days prior to the rental date: 75% refund. • 3-7 days prior to the rental date: 50% refund. • Less than 48 hours prior to the rental date: No refunds available. Event Cancellation Policy CMHC reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified and all registration fees will be fully refunded. If you need to withdraw for personal reasons, 5 days' notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (within 5 days of the program) We appreciate your interest in CMHC events and hope to see you soon.
