At CMHC, we are dedicated to providing quality mental health services; however, please note that we are not a crisis center. If you or the person you are assisting is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please call the mental health hotline at 988 for immediate help and support.

To schedule a first-time appointment with a Chesapeake Mental Health provider please click the button below to complete our HIPAA-compliant online intake form.  Our intake coordinator will contact you within 48 hours after the form completion

Good news—CMHC is in network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and Johns Hopkins EHP. If your plan is out of network, we’ll provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. We also offer evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule.
