About the Event

Nature informed Mindfulness and Yoga Event  at Irvine Nature Center- Sponsored by CMHC and The Center for Nature Informed Therapy. Come join Mira and Phillip in a 1.5 hour event that invites the healing powers of nature to improve mental health and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and mindfulness. This event will include a 45 min yoga/mindful movement & 45 min guided nature-informed mindfulness meditation with metta for self, community, world peace, and will conclude with a final sharing circle. No experience is needed. This is a donation-based event with a sliding scale suggested donation of $30-50. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, lawn chair or cushion, and water bottle. Spaces are limited.
