What does recovery look like to you? This workshop welcomes individuals in eating disorder recovery to creatively express themselves through art. The workshop will guide an exploration of your future self in your recovery journey. Arts and crafts materials will be provided to create a vision board art project that reflects your future in recovery. The workshop will be held in person with the option of joining virtually!
