Do you worry about what others think about you or if you are good enough as you are?

Do you find you often offer solutions or problem solve for others?

Do you find that you struggle to know what you want or need?

Do you feel like you have to constantly prove yourself?

This women’s group will run every week for 6 weeks to offer support and compassionate discussions around finding your worth and stepping outside of people-pleasing patterns that don’t serve you.

Choose You will run 1.5 hours on Wednesdays from 4:30-6pm and will include meditations, topical information, small and large group sharing.Dates:  October 4,11,18,25, November 1,8

Participants need to be in individual therapy in addition to the group. Facilitator will conduct phone or zoom interviews with interested participants to make sure the fit will work for them.

Facilitator: Vivian Morgan is a licensed professional counselor and board approved clinical supervisor. She is a recovering people-pleaser herself and has done writing and individual psychotherapy with those who are in recovery from people-pleasing patterns.
