For athletes, athlete's families, coaches, and teams. 

Join Phillip McKnight, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and former college athlete for an hour long interactive talk which explores ways athletes can achieve their peak performance by cultivating the positive mental health technique of awareness (mindfulness). Topics covered will  include :

  1. Basic practices athletes and coaches can implement to improve performance
  2. Science of mindfulness
  3. Mindfulness Definition
  4. How athletes have used mindfulness effectively
  5. How mindfulness improves resilience in the midst of an athletic event
  6. How mindfulness can help us be a better teammate to ourselves and our team
