Mindfulness on the Water

Join Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Phillip McKnight as you learn to mindfully take in the healing aspects of water. Bring your own boat or we can provide a boat for up to two people. Open to anyone interested in learning the practice of mindfulness on the water, to take in the healing benefits of water, mindfulness, and


Water and Mindfulness both have been shown to have positive impacts on mental health and wellbeing. Come learn how to combine these two healing tools to feel a sense of peace, calm, and focus.


When : 2 hour Sessions can be scheduled between 9 am and 4 pm by clicking here.

Where : Sessions take place at public boat ramps in the Harford County and Baltimore County/City Area
