Our CMHC Intake Coordinator will review it and reach out to you within 48 hours to match you with the right clinician and offer appointment options.  We are dedicated to providing quality mental health services; however, please note that we are not a crisis center. If you or the person you are assisting is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please call the mental health hotline at 988 for immediate help and support.

What Happens Next (3 Simple Steps)

  1. We reach out to confirm your goals, preferences (in-person/telehealth), and availability.

  2. We match you with a clinician skilled in your concerns (anxiety, grief, trauma, etc.).

  3. We will schedule your first session and get a short welcome email with details.

Evening and limited weekend hours are available.

Insurance & Payment

We’re in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and Cigna.
For other plans, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Copays/coinsurance are due at the time of service.

  • Self-pay options are available.

  • We’ll verify benefits and review costs before you begin.
