Service Description
Slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels sacred and meaningful outdoors. Through gentle practices and conversation, you’ll explore awe, presence, and your relationship with the natural world—and leave with simple ways to nurture your mental health. Presented by the Center for Nature Informed Therapy | CNIT, specialists in restoring the evidence-based connection between mental health and the healing power of the natural world. Be prepared for a short walk to a nearby green space. A limited number of camp chairs and sit spot mats are provided or bring your own. Any questions are welcome! Please email bst@prattlibrary.org.
Cancellation Policy
Office/Group Room Rental Cancellation and Change Policy: • More than 14 days before the rental date: 100% refund. • 8-14 days prior to the rental date: 75% refund. • 3-7 days prior to the rental date: 50% refund. • Less than 48 hours prior to the rental date: No refunds available. Event Cancellation Policy CMHC reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified and all registration fees will be fully refunded. If you need to withdraw for personal reasons, 5 days' notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (within 5 days of the program) We appreciate your interest in CMHC events and hope to see you soon.
