Creating a winter full of thriving mental health takes attention, community, and scientifically proven mental health techniques that could make this the best season of your life.
Kicked off by a guest speaker on Hygge: a Scandinavian concept of embracing winter.
This six week online community is dedicated to learning techniques to lean into winter, stay present, connected and thrive in the darkest part of the year. Topics include mindfulness, self compassion, gratitude, and lifestyle tips and tricks from around the globe, and more. All in a supportive community. Open to All. Especially helpful for individuals who are dreading the winter season or people whose mental health tends to decline in the winter months.
