In an effort to support our community's health and well-being throughout the winter season, we are hosting a drum circle. Therapeutic benefits of Drum Circles are tremendous. Group drumming has positive effects on our health and has helped to improve conditions of stress, fatigue and anxiety, even hypertension. Research on drumming has shown that drumming reduces blood pressure and stress hormones. Furthermore, drumming is a self-expression tool. More importantly we will introduce participants to connect with nature through drumming.
