Supervisor Mission Statement

My mission as a clinical supervisor is to create a space that fosters authentic growth, rooted in trust, curiosity, and courage. I believe the early stages of a therapist’s career are a uniquely vulnerable and transformative time—one that deserves both support and challenge.

I strive to meet supervisees at their growth edge, encouraging reflection on their clinical work, personal values, and emotional responses. I believe growth happens through discomfort—not overwhelm—and I guide supervisees to explore their work from new angles with honesty and openness.

Supervision with me is a space to be held and pushed, where feedback flows both ways, and where we sit with the real, human experiences that shape us as therapists.
