
Zoe Jack

Zoe Jack earned her Master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland. Zoe has over six years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in a therapeutic capacity. Some of her professional experiences include practicing in the deserts of Utah as a wilderness therapy guide and working in the forests of Vermont as a behavior interventionist for individuals exposed to early trauma. In addition to her role as a therapist, Zoe currently also serves as the Director of Operations for the Center for Nature Informed Therapy.
Zoe also holds her registered yoga teacher certification through the Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland and believes in bringing holistic, grounded approaches to each therapeutic relationship.
CLINICAL APPROACH
Zoe is a proponent of the person-in-environment model and the therapeutic philosophy of Carl Rogers. In her work with individuals, she believes in nurturing client centered reflection and insight for worthwhile change. Additionally, Zoe incorporates consideration of family and group dynamics into her work. Where possible and when beneficial to the client, Zoe integrates nature-based therapeutic methods including mindfulness and grounding exercises to assist a client in attuning to their most esteemed and whole self.
