Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, she assists her clients with understanding their thought processes and regulating their emotions. She incorporates mindfulness to support clients with living in the present moment, gaining self-awareness, and promoting a non-judgemental outlook. She has a strong interest in connecting with nature to positively impact mental health. Rachel is a certified nature-informed therapist and loves to incorporate the natural world and outdoor sessions in her practice with clients who would like this form of therapy.
