Team

CLINICAL APPROACH

Through a self-compassionate lens, I help clients treat themselves with kindness. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I assist my clients with understanding their thought processes and regulating their emotions. I incorporate mindfulness to support clients with living in the present moment, gaining self-awareness, and promoting a non-judgemental outlook. I have a strong interest in connecting with nature to positively impact mental health. I am a certified Nature Informed Therapist to incorporate nature in my practice with clients who would like this form of therapy.
