CLINICAL APPROACH
Working collaboratively with her clients, Dr. Schreiber-Pan integrates mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral treatment methods and fundamental tenets of Existential Theory. Drawn from her extensive research in the field of nature-based counseling, she often includes nature as a healing component of treatment. Furthermore, part of her focus during her doctoral program at Loyola University, Maryland included spiritually-integrative counseling techniques which allow the client to draw from one's spirituality and/or religious background if so desired.

Client Testimonials
"I'm feeling extremely inspired and have a renewed hope of bringing my full self into my career of clinical work."
"I am a changed person after our retreat. My relationship with nature has been so distant for a long time. And since our time together, I have been literally OBESSESSED with all outdoor things since I have been home. We have hiked and biked more in the past few weeks since I've been home than we have all year! I have like 30 more hikes and cool trips bookmarked and can not wait."
"This was an inner healing that could only be experienced with Mother Nature as a guide and confidant- the transformation into living a courageous life filled with self-compassion and a greater understanding of my place in the Universe."
Supervisor Mission Statement
As a clinical supervisor, I see myself as a mountain guide, a steady presence walking beside supervisees as they navigate the terrain of clinical practice. I offer encouragement, clarity, and skill while respecting each person’s unique path. The climb is demanding, but it is not done alone.
My supervision is grounded in Person-Centered values, believing that empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard foster the conditions for growth. I also draw on Cognitive-Behavioral tools—including goal-setting, role-playing, and reflective questioning — to build confidence and clinical skills.
Informed by attachment theory, I view supervision as a secure base where supervisees can take risks, develop self-awareness, and deepen their therapeutic presence. I honor the triadic relationship between supervisee, supervisor, and nature, recognizing the natural world as a co-regulator and silent partner in this developmental process.
