Andrew recognizes that every person’s journey is unique, and he shapes his therapeutic approach to meet clients exactly where they are. He honors the resilience within each individual and views self-discovery as a powerful pathway toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Andrew prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships with his clients and strives to create a safe, supportive space both inside and outside of sessions. With compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard at the core of his work, he guides clients in exploring their struggles and cultivating personal growth.

Rooted in a Humanistic foundation, Andrew integrates skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to match each client’s needs. Clients working with Andrew can expect their experiences, values, and hopes to be respected, uplifted, and meaningfully incorporated into the therapeutic process.

Andrew earned his B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University. Outside of his clinical work, Andrew is a mixed martial artist, long-distance runner, and avid hiker who brings the same sense of discipline, curiosity, and resilience into his therapeutic practice.

Andrew integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to support clients in exploring challenges, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Clients can expect a safe, collaborative, and supportive space where their values, experiences, and goals are respected and thoughtfully woven into the therapeutic process.
