About the Event
Whether you are communicating with your partner, boss, friend, or children difficult conversations can be challenging and even nerve wracking. If you are uncomfortable with conflict, like so many of us are, you may avoid those critical conversations entirely, sometimes to the detriment of a personal or professional relationship. Through this training you will learn how to prepare for a difficult situation, get the conversation off to the best possible start and manage their emotions. You will gain insights into real situations you have experienced and leave feeling more confident in dealing with them effectively.
