Join us for a restorative Sound Bath Immersion to experience the soothing power of sound and vibration. This late summer/fall series offers two unique opportunities to reset your nervous system and release built-up stress. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, rainsticks, and other healing instruments, these sessions are designed to guide you into deep relaxation and mental clarity.
