About the Program

Are you curious about the relationship between nature and your mental and physical well-being? Join us for a restorative walk as we explore the natural interconnectedness of nature and  well-being.  This series will be held by the dedicated professionals of the Center for Nature Informed Therapy  | CNIT, where they specialize in integrating the healing power of the natural world into mental health practices.


Rewiring the Anxious Brain with Nature in Mind: Gain a deeper understanding of the stress response and how the mind operates while exploring nature-based tools to calm mental overactivity and restore emotional balance. Be prepared to walk outdoors.
