Ph.D., LCPC, NCC, ACS
A Licensed Professional Counselor, Heidi specializes in the treatment of stress, anxiety, and grief related mental health challenges. With over 15 years experience in the counseling field, and as a Ph.D. graduate from Loyola University Maryland.
Shannon believes in the healing power of connection and conversation. Her goal is to help you feel heard, and to better connect with your thoughts, feelings, and the world around you. Shannon earned a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from George Mason University and a Post Masters Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University. Fun fact: Shannon's undergraduate studies and first career were in engineering! She enjoys her work now as a counselor and is living a purpose-driven life. Shannon is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC).
Welcome! My name is Jackie Aston, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW-C. As humans, we can feel deep and personal emotions that can be challenging to understand and experience . These feelings can leave you feeling confused, drained, and stressed. t believe that therapy can be a way to receive support and insight to create more meaning and hope in our lives.
A graduate of the Master of Science in Clinical Social Work program at Columbia University and believes that healthy relationships with ourselves and others are one of the keys to emotional well-being.
She holds an M.S. degree from the Johns Hopkins University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Nicole also has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Before changing careers, she was a Project Manager for a large software company. Nicole has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children, each with their own unique strengths and challenges.
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) trained at Johns Hopkins University, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and addictions. Prior to counseling, Lavina worked in the fields of community health, international public health, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching. Lavina’s bi-cultural background also influences her stance toward the inherent worth and dignity of every person.
licensed graduate professional counselor, Kate graduated from Loyola University Maryland in a program with a spiritually integrated emphasis and have worked in a variety of clinical mental health settings as well as a teacher and a school counselor. Kate has completed numerous trainings in mindfulness, breathwork, and nutrition and has a passion for addressing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator trained in the Integrative Amrit Method. I earned a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of California Berkeley School of Social Welfare, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Haverford College and studied Philosophy of Healing in Action at The Maryland University of Integrative Health. My psychotherapy practice incorporates insights and techniques drawn from contemplative traditions in addition to more traditional therapeutic interventions.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker of 18 years, Cindy specializing in families and children. She provides therapy services for children, families, parents, and adults. Her passion is to strengthen relationships to help children thrive. Cindy is a Graduate of University Maryland School of Social Work and is a Certified Circle of Security Parent Facilitator.

I have been a teacher for 9 years. I am passionate about educating the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. In order to deepen my connection to those I serve, I went back to school to get my Masters of Science in Counseling from Loyola University of Maryland. Today I enjoy both my work as a teacher and counselor.
As a lifelong seeker for wholeness in personal, professional and spiritual life, Jan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Towson University, focusing on supporting the journeys of clients toward resilience and fulfillment, through mindfulness-based counseling. An expression of positive psychology, mindfulness-based counseling helps clients rediscover their inherent strengths and skills, and develop greater capacities and strategies for leading valued lives.

I have worked at community based mental health centers working with people in the areas of grief and loss, addiction, depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, relational problems, those transitioning out of the criminal justice system, and others going through various life adjustments
Carey earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Department of Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University of Maryland. She approaches counseling with the perspective that each client is a unique and valuable individual who can benefit from empathetic, personalized support.

YOU are the expert navigator in your own life and chosen pathways. Chris strives to assume the role of companion guide and to act as a source for new perspectives.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, behavior modification, stress, relationship problems and parenting education. Cathy enjoys working with children, teens and young adults to help them navigate the stresses of life and help them achieve peace of mind.

Donna earned her Master’s Degree in 2004 from Loyola University in MD in Pastoral Counseling. This unique program, holistic in nature, integrated psychology and spirituality to
help consider the whole person’s well-being. Donna is passionate about this approach to help
her clients access the wisdom that already resides in them to allow healing and growth.
Katie earned her Master of Arts in School Psychology from Towson University with additional coursework in Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She spent more than 20 years at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore providing treatment for individual and family problems within the clinic, home, and school settings. In her practice, she works with children, adolescents and their families to address a wide range of behavioral difficulties.
I have been an educator, counselor, and coach my entire adult life. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master’s of Education, (Counseling and Consulting Psychology - EdM), I have worked in public and private schools, community health organizations, and Maryland Correctional Institutions (Facilitator for Alternatives to Violence Program). I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland, my EdM from Harvard School of Education, and my Bachelor of Arts from Williams College. My approach to therapy is very much client centered with the goal of helping my clients recognize and build on their own strengths. Through my compassionate listening, the people I work with feel heard, seen, and valued so that they recognize in themselves their own resiliency as they navigate the challenges in their lives.
