CLINICAL APPROACH
Nicole believes that each individual's therapeutic journey is unique, regardless of the issue that brings the individual to therapy. As such, she customizes her approach with each client. Through the techniques of cognitive behavior therapy and the principles of person-centered therapy, she seeks to support clients as they develop and work towards self-enhancing goals. She also incorporates existential exploration to encourage the fostering of meaning and purpose, as well as the mind, body, and spirit connection. Fundamentally, Nicole believes that each individual is the expert on his or her own experiences. Through authentic and empathetic support and evidence based treatment interventions, Nicole seeks to help individuals modify the way they think about and approach these experiences.
