CLINICAL APPROACH
My starting point for all of my work is simple: clients and their stories matter. Often, when we hit a point in our stories where the narrative changes or needs to change—be it stress and anxiety, major illness, or revisiting trauma—we need support making sense of our experiences. It is my honor to journey with clients as they seek to live their stories more fully and joyfully.
I believe that health means thriving mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and I work to help clients heal and integrate all parts of themselves. My training in mindfulness and holistic healing has a strong influence on my work and my approaches range from CBT to spiritually integrated therapy.
