CLINICAL APPROACH
I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate life’s challenges by providing them with tools to move forward and realize their potential. I create a safe and engaging environment to help them understand they are not alone as they embark on their journey towards awareness. I have extensive experience helping clients of all ages to manage and overcome anxiety and depression so that they may live fuller lives. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and others) and my practice philosophy is that individuals hold the key to their own healing through their internal strengths. My areas of expertise include addressing anxiety and depression; life/career transitions; trauma; grief and loss; chronic/acute medical conditions; school/college-related issues; and relationship challenges.
