M.S. in process

Alexi is a clinical mental health counseling student at Antioch University. Outside of graduate classes, she has over 50 hours of training in trauma treatment. She also has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training where she learned integrative, body-oriented methods to ground and calm the nervous system. Alexi is currently exploring creative and IFS-informed approaches to therapy.  While Alexi is growing in her clinical experience, she has spent the last 8 years working in human resources where she's helped people to navigate new transitions, make values-aligned decisions, and find more fulfillment in their life at work. She believes that everyone has inherent wisdom and unique gifts. She knows that sometimes, feeling lost or stuck can be an opportunity to rediscover these parts of ourselves. Alexi brings her life experience, education, and authenticity to session to cultivate a supportive and compassionate space for her clients. Here, you may find yourself building new insight about you and your world, learning new skills, or reconnecting to your intuition.
