A Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, Patty earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from the Department of Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University of Maryland. Patty provides a balanced holistic approach to therapy tailored to each individual. She aspires to foster an environment for her clients that cultivates deeper awareness, self-acceptance and inner compassion to bring about a meaningful, more balanced life.

Patty aspires to provide a safe, non-judgmental, enlightening environment to help clients create new pathways for personal growth, self-compassion, and a better understanding of their life’s experiences.  Understanding that each client is unique she utilizes a personalized holistic counseling approach blending a variety of creative tools and techniques, depending on the needs and personality of the individual. Patty believes we all possess the strength to overcome life’s challenges, but often need extra guidance, support and new tools to get to a more peaceful place. Her approach fosters deeper awareness, self-acceptance, and inner compassion to help clients access their innate wisdom and ability to heal themselves.
