~ Hiss United Methodist Church

My church invited Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan to give a seminar during our speaker series on community and individual health. As a mental health counselor who did academic research on this topic, she described evidence for how experiencing nature and the outdoors can improve mental health.  She encouraged us with advice for dealing with anxiety and depression.  For our community of believers, she inspired us to seek God in nature.  She is a gifted speaker who engages the audience.  We hope to have her back again.”
