Emily Bitner earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University, trained in Hatha yoga in India with an RYT 500, and trained in LifeForce Yoga for mental health professionals. She specializes in the integration of yoga and mental health to help alleviate anxiety, effects of trauma, and depression. Emily has been leading yoga classes and workshops for 5 years and is passionate about empowering others to feel their best through the use of yoga, mindfulness, and honoring the whole person in body, mind, & spirit.
