About the Event

This 6 week session will explore ways to build resiliency, build community, and develop skills for peace and presence  in the cold, dark months of the year. Co-led by Therapist Susan Watson and Mindfulness Coach Phillip McKnight, these sessions will help participants thrive in these dark times and use winter as a time for renewal, reflection, and rest.

Week 2  Taking in the good - Positive Neuroplasticity

Week 3  Self Compassion

Week 4  Creating Healthy Boundaries

Week 5  Gratitude

Week 6  Pro-Social Behavior & Service to Others
