Bethany is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master’s degree from the Loyola University of Maryland. In her practice, she combines clinical insight with compassion, in order to help clients work toward a more integrated personal, relational and spiritual life. She enjoys helping people to gain a better understanding of their feelings, become aware of their strengths, and acknowledge the effects of their behavior in order to achieve greater life satisfaction.
Bethany enjoys working with men and women of all ages, including adolescents, who may be struggling with depression or anxiety and those desiring to work through loss, life transitions or relational dynamics. She works specifically with women experiencing challenges related to the postpartum period. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator she enjoys working with couples desiring to improve their marriages as well as those in the pre-marital stage looking to establish a strong foundation. She has a particular passion for working with couples in order to establish healthy marriages where spouses feel valued, heard, understood, and known by one another.
