For kids in Grades 2 through 5. We will explore what anxiety is and tools for dealing with it. Kids will learn basic skills that reduce anxiety, to include body awareness, healthy practices, cognitive therapy, and mindfulness and relaxation. This is a skill-building group, so your child will not be required to share deep, personal experiences or feelings. Each week, parents will receive information about what is learned in group to support these skills at home.
